Born in Kentucky in 1995, I grew up on the same land that my father did. From that experience I derive purpose in humor and genuine sidewalk talk with the rural folk elite, governed by authenticity more so than money or politics.
I enjoy bluegrass, NPR, drinking tap water, and making people comfortable. I am currently a staff photojournalist at the Sedona Red Rock News, a family-owned newspaper in central Arizona. I've worked with the New York Times, Google, ESPN, The Guardian, Mammoth Cave National Park, and a variety of newspapers and non-profits.
